We were designated as the Forum for the Soho Neighbourhood Area by Westminster City Council on 5 April 2013 and the plan was voted in by referendum in September 2021

I own my residential flat at 16 Broadwick Street on a long lease and have lived there since 1991. The freeholder is Mike Amin and PS Amin who used to run the newsagents on the ground floor. I am a member of the Soho Society and was previously on the Planning Group. I am a member of Soho House but have no financial interest in it beyond my membership.

I am Commercial Director of Soho Housing Association having worked for the organisation for the past 5 years. Soho Housing have been established for nearly 50 years, providing affordable housing for people living and working in the area. The Association has a commercial portfolio, mainly retail units, whose income supports the organisation’s future growth and investment into it’s existing stock. I have worked in the real estate sector throughout my career, primarily in central London.

Soho Estates own a number of properties around Old Compton Street and Leicester Square. We are currently located in our newest development, Ilona Rose House, a stones throw from Tottenham Court Road station.

Savannah James-Bayly is a Soho resident and film & TV producer. In 2012 she founded Fox Cub Films, taking a platform agnostic approach to focus on fresh, bold stories from new perspectives. Recently she produced Layla, the debut feature of writer-director Amrou Al-Kadhi, supported by Film4, BFI. Savannah holds a BSC in Biochemistry from UCL.
